Utilising a solutions focused approach we will start by getting you reconnected to the parts of yourself that you have been ignoring (hell, even proactively avoiding) for some time.

Step by step we will step inside your own internal world and I will ask you questions so we can understand what you’re looking for, what living the best version of your life truly looks like for you and then how you will get there.

Every session will be empowering, your behaviour as a people pleaser will start to dissipate, and you will leave confident and ready to make the best decisions for you; not only in your personal life but your professional life as well!!
